Sedangkan, sebelumnya saya tidak pernah menerima notifikasi apapun dari Bank Mega, yang menyatakan bahwa pemakaian kartu saya sudah melebihi limit. Selanjutnya, saya menghubungi pihak Mega Call dan diinformasikan seharusnya saya membayar pemakaian saya minimal dua hari sebelum tanggal cetak billing tagihan, agar over limit tidak muncul pada billing tagihan. Padahal, Bank Mega sendiri tidak pernah menginformasikan apapun kepada saya. Apakah seperti ini sistem over limit Bank Mega terhadap pengguna kartu kredit ?
